At Loobibeads we offer a no quibble returns policy to ensure your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase (for whatever reason) you can return the item (Within 7 days of purchase). Postage for returning any item is at your own cost for a full exchange or refund.

We’re afraid items made to order can not be refunded or exchanged unless the item is faulty as these pieces are made to customers own specifications and may not be suitable for resale on the website. This also applies to items listed on the website that have been modified to customers own specifications. Under no circumstances can earrings be returned (Unless faulty) due to hygiene regulations.
