Ordering and Delivery

Loobibeads ordering process is simple and easy to use. We use Paypal to take the payment for all items, but it is not necessary to have a paypal account you can pay with your credit/Debit card using the Paypal service. If you are not entirely comfortable using this method please contact us and we can arrange for other methods to be used.

When an order is made we aim to dispatch your jewellery within 3 working days. You will receive an email confirming your order and then an email confirming the dispatch.

All postage and packing is free within UK mainland. Orders will be sent by Royal mail 1st class delivery. We do not accept liability for lost or damaged orders via this method.

Orders over £25.00 in value will be sent via Royal mail recorded delivery at no extra cost.

International orders, Orders placed from overseas do not quality for Free Delivery. A standard charge of £9.95 will be made for your order (what ever the size) all items will be sent by Royal mail international sign for and a signature will be required on delivery.
